We had succotash tonight. (I just love saying that word. Succotash.) Ainsley was referring to the lima beans in the mix. I may not be allowed to give them rutabaga, but succotash was not on the “Do Not Serve” list. Beets are my next item on the list to try out on the kids. This is turning out to be fun! There are dozens of weird, I mean, different vegetables at the grocery store. I am going to have a good time trying them out with the kids!
