Madie and the school choir that she belongs too sang with the Montgomery County Choral Society. I had told all of the relatives that if they came in the morning to the program that they didn’t have to worry about coming that evening because the music was the same. I was SOOOOOOO wrong. That evening was wonderful. The children sang like angels. It was fabulous.
Plus Ben and Ainsley behaved beautifully. Everyone around us complimented the kids on their behavior. Ainsley sat on my lap and mimicked the conductors baton. And every time the choir would finish a song Ainsley would pump her fists in the air giving everyone a thumbs up sign. Ben had a hard time sitting still but at least he was upright! Of course, Ainsley started dancing at the end and when her dancing drifted too far into the center aisle I pulled her closer to the pew. I got a talkin’ too by the ladies behind me. “Don’t you stop that baby from dancing! You let her enjoy the music. She is just fine.” I got told.
In the end, the night was a hit. And Madie let me curl her hair!!! An even bigger bonus for the day!!!!
